What Is Reputation Management

At Hyacinth Marketing we offer 3 different types of Reputation Management

1.) Google Page 1 Reputation Management:

With the internet at their fingertips, the majority of prospective customers are likely to research your company (and your competitors) before they purchase from you. One negative article or website on the first page of Google can make or break this purchasing decision.

While we can’t physically remove these negative websites from the first page of Google, we can replace them on the first page by moving positive websites up on the first page. The result is that when customers research your company they see good positive information about your company all over the first page of Google. Companies that utilize Google Page 1 Reputation Management see increased sales from customers that normally would have went to their competitors.

2.) Company Review Management:

Have you ever checked the reviews your customers are leaving you on the following websites? Google Plus, City Search, Insider Pages, Judys Book, Kudzu, Local.com, Yellow Bot, Super Pages, Trip Advisor, Urban Spoon.

We have a proprietary system that allows us to post real customer testimonials to all of these different websites so when prospective customers search for your business they can read about all of the positive things your customers have to say about you.

* This system is 100% safe as all reviews are posted from localized profiles that show natural social activity.

3.) Social Media Reputation Management:

Social Media gives customers a chance to be heard and voice their opinions. Social Media Reputation Management provides daily monitoring of the “voice of the customer” and gives your company the chance to respond to customers so your Social Media reputation can remain spotless
